Just sayin' Hello

  1. I just wanted to check in with all of you and let you know that this site rocks!!! I have been smokin on my Brinkman vertical, 2 door, for about 6 months now. I live in Parrish, Fl. I have been pretty successful in smokin just about everything I've tried, Butts, Shoulders, ribs (beef n pork), fish. I'm going to do a couple of fatties today. I'm going to start off easy and do a Philly and a Pizza Fatty. I want to personally thank Silverwolf636 for the step by step on how to roll a fatty. The weave to me was common sense since I love to bake also so it was no different than weaving dough for a pie. Hopefully I can figure out how to post pics of my process and money shots.
