I've heard all the great comments on the A MAZE I had to get one.. I'll be Smoking the ribs on Saturday, can someone tell me what temp in my electric should I smoke them at..Does it work the same as if you are using the wood chips????

Smoke them at 225, and I suggest following the 3-2-1- or 2-2-1 method depending on what type of ribs you are cooking. Yes, it basically is the same as using wood chips.

  What Glock said!

Just make sure to set it up so the grease does not drip into the AMNS

Yup...

They got you covered!

I did get the Amaze pellet, now whats better to use the pellet or dust..

Pellets perform better than sawdust, at temps above 180°

If you like lighter smoke during cold smoking or smoking up to 180°, you can use sawdust.

Give your NEW AMNPS a "Test Drive" prior to your smoke

Are you using a Masterbuilt?

I'm around if you have questions
