Just received my a-maze-ing pellet smoke box!

After my arm being twisted (thank you by the way!) I got my smoke box yesterday and tested it out on some kielbasa. Boy does it smoke! When I get home tonight, I got 2 pork shoulders that is rubbed up that will be put in the smoker. Getting very excited!

Hey all. Just thought I would give you an update on my pork shoulders. I had to pull it out of the smoker after 12 hours and put them in the oven because they stalled out too long and my sons birthday party starts in a little over an hour. I will post pics in a bit. Had to get a little sample of meat. Boy that Dave guy that thinks he is famous has nothing on me!

I'm sorry guys. As soon as I walked in with the meat, I got ambushed by everyone and tore up the meat. This is what's left after 2 shoulders.
