Just picked up Napoleon Apollo (Similar to WSM)

Just today, found a Napoleon Apollo 19" smoker at Canadian Tire. $100 off regular price! I never see these things on sale so I snatched it up fast. I can't wait to get it season and try it out. Problem is, we're currently away for March break and won't be back until late Sunday. Gonna have to wait until next weekend to start it up. Haven't decided what to do first...Any suggestions?

It was $349, regular $449. It was the last one at the store I was at. If you can find it, I definitely suggest picking one up!
