Hey everyone, like the title says I have just ordered a RT with the kitchen sink bundle and their new cold smoker box. I know there has to be some RT owners here so I will be relying heavily on your expertise!! Now comes the hard part, waiting a week for it to be delivered ....

Thank you, I hope there isnt a huge learning curve as I have never used a pellet grill before. I will definitely be tinkering with alot of new recipes!!

How did you like the Rec Tec seasonings? Worth the price tag? I debated when I bought my mini, but unfortunately had to watch my budget. Figured I could go back later if I hear they are awesome.
