Hey all, I just got a new pellet smoker. I was searching the web for different cook ideas and came across SMF. I figured I would join up and stop searching all over and make this my one stop shop! I am a typical married with 2 teenage kids guy. I love football, Nebraska Cornhuskers and SF 49ers. I have grilled on propane for a long time, this is my first pellet smoker/grill. I went with the Pit Boss 700.
