Hi ! to everyone.

Happy holidays!

New member to site but i've been lurking around for a while. From what I have read I'll have more questions then answers! Compared to you guys i have much to learn. My smoker is a self modified Masterbuilt analog electric that I've been using about 2 years.

My location is New Jersey  "pronounced Joisey" by some, and I mostly smoke fish and game .
