hello everyone

just joined and just got my new gen 2 30" MB from bass pro today. I live in Ontario Canada in the central area of the province. I am a active hunter and fisher on the great lakes and do enjoy smoke cooking all types of game and fish. I previously had a brinkman charcoal smoker but it finally wore out. I now have moved up in the world to a electric unit so i will probably need some advice getting started with this. I have been on the forum as a guest and am very impressed with the knowledge that is being shared by the other members and look forward to some great help with other smoker friends.
