I received as a Christmas present from my wife a Smoke Hollow 38 and have gotten better by figuring out what works and what doesn't each time I've used it.  I've had really good results with spare ribs and baby back ribs, pork butt, chicken wings, a spatchcock chicken, sausage, cabbage and cauliflower, and decent results with a brisket.  The brisket was my first smoke, and I've since figured out that my thermometer reads higher than the actual temperature, so after making adjustments the results have gotten better each time and I'm loving the smoker!  I live in Evergreen, Colorado and use my smoker 1 - 2 times per month.
