Hey All!!

I have been making my own bacon and sausage for a while and just received an ECB as gift.

First couple of test runs and I have been seeing a lot of the same temp control issues that I am reading on the forum, good to know it isn't me. (well, maybe not all me).

Look forwatd to learnign a lot here....
