Just got new MES 40

I was planning on a GOSM but waited too late. My wife wants me to do fatties for everyone for Christmas and my bandera is old and takes a lot of attention, it's hard to get to temp....I just HAD to have a new smoker.

It's seasoning now. This is going down to the lake cabin after the first of the year so it's not like I really have 2 smokers, oh wait, there's a smoker down there too.

Oh well.

We got a 40" earlier in the month and just finished up our second smoke with it. We have been pleased with the results. It really fits our needs well.
