Yup this is just a cheap Ham from Wal-mart didn't cure it or even add any seasoning just tossed it in the smoker after slicing off un-needed fat and skin and smoked it for 5 hours while i was cold smoking all kinds of Fish it was amazing sliced it up and vacuum sealed up what I didn't eat and it is not lasting very long even frozen :D
