Didn't smoke anything today but still enjoyed some ribs.

Now I'm stuffing my face with smoked gouda and crackers. Mmmm...

Had some cauliflower, corn & tater tots with the thighs, yep tater tots ! I think it's a rule when ya live in ID that ya have to love taters in all forms ! Tots are a fam fav round here !
