Well I figured I would make some jerky and ribs to day. Every thing is going fine.
As you can see the jerky is doing good and the ribs are rubbed down and in the smoker.
You got to love it.:)
All right every thing got done and of course every one enjoyed it.
The jerky came out great.
As you can see the ribs came out good to. There is only half of them left. But thats OK.
A little smoke ring there.
