What's up guys, been looking at threads on here for a while now and just signed up. Been working on a smoker built out of a 1941 fridge. Will post pics, the ones I took anyway soon. I'm no expert on electric smoking but have built quite a few offset trailer smokers as I am a welder by trade. From Weeping Water, Nebraska.
