I bought a 17.32lb prime brisket at costco. Having friends over next weekend for food and fellowship.I am so glad I have a Pit Boss classic because my old Smokey mountain vertical could not handle a brisket this big.

You could fit it. I’ve draped one over a rib rack to fit in my 18.5” WSM.

I bought my 12# at Costco yesterday. They had an 18# there too. I almost went for it!

Wow I've never seen one that big either, possibly an elephant brisket.

I have seen Double briskets that big, but I think 25# is about as big as I’ve seen for just one side
