just bought my new gasser Smoke Hollow #6

I just bought my new gas smoker its a Smoke Hollow #644"smoker this is a pretty good size unit with a good size wood box and a water pan i've got it burning now to get it seasoned so i can give it a try thinking about doing some pastrami in it tomorrow evening and planning on a pork shoulder and some ribs this coming weekend
