If you can get a GOOD top sirloin, they can be great.

I have found them to be a little unpredictable, even with a good looking over?

What's with all pea haters? Thx for the comps! But just to prove pea's won't kill you here's tonight's dinner as well top sirloin, mashed redskins and everybody's favorite more PEA'S;).

I enjoy Peas when I have a spoon to use... but I love Creamed Peas ,you don't have to chase them . . .

Looks good to me!! We love peas around here. One of the few veggies that's as good frozen as fresh. And the wife makes a curried pea soup that's just off the charts good.
