Hard fried egg seasoned with some cold smoked kosher salt infused with the Cajun seasoning then topped with smoked cheese and the last of my smoked chuck roast. Honey oat with apple cold smoked butter and some other seasonings.

it was very yummy and had like 5 different flavors going on at the same time

thanks. The chuck on top was an accident because i forgot to put it on before the cheese lol
