Got out of work early so why not start the new year right with smoke! And my new Maverick 733 makes it nice to smoke in this cold weather!

Happy smoken,

David

About 4 hours in there nice and meaty can't wait to eat some! Using mesquite and cherry for smoke seasoned lightly(not my usual) just spog and a touch of turbinado sugar.

Ps thx David, more pics later!

Thx, just put some sauce on them not my usual either but wanted to mix it up.

Money shot time! Sauce didn't get spread to well dropped my brush. Single bone pics

Thx, Red I missed the heavier coat of seasoning I usally use a mephis style rub on the heavy side with no/sauce on the side but they were still tasty and the other half will make for a great lunch at work tomorrow!

Looks great

Gary
