Hi there everyone, love the hobby of cooking, specifically outdoor cooking. I currently own a XL big green egg, Pitbarrel Cooker, Weber Smoky Mountain, Weber 22" Kettle with a Santa Maria attachment, LaCaja China, and a PK 360. I live out in Washington, and really want to try what I guess the BBQ purists call "true BBQ" that is smoked on an offset.
