Smoked a few Ribs, a little Chicken and a mess of Oysters, or should I say several dozen oysters. The ribs and chicken went to the girls that won't eat the oysters. Needless to say it was all good !
Jefe and Paco Shucken a few, With a nice little Home Brew.
Putting a little minced garlic and butter on after about 4 mins in the oh smoker.
and finished products just before the feast !
