I ordered some ghost pepper powder from Butcher/Packer, no where in the online cataloge it say what size it was ,all the other powders in that category were 1lb containers. Got it today it is only a 1/4 lb container for $20 guess I shouldn't assume u know what they say .

1/4 pound of Ghost pepper will go a loooooong way. 1 pound is several lifetime's worth.

850,000-1,000,000 on the scoville scale (3x the heat of habanero; 10x the heat of cayenne).

I order from B&P and get great quality products but there seller to customer relationship sucks...............

I make what I call a "4 pepper" slim Jim I put in ghost,habinareo,cayanne,black pepper people just love them
 
Oh my!  You may not even need to "smoke them" with all of that heat.  If anyone eats those...make them sign a waiver!
