But it was a first for me . Not many pics but Chuck roast. Added a pellet tube to add more smoke cause I panned it with onions and broth. No pics of the pan. Sorry. I put in the pan at IT of 160. Nice little smoke ring and very tender the night of. This was leftovers today for lunch.

Thanks everyone. It def won't be my last, next one I think I will add the veggies in the pan too. Taters, carrots, celery.

Well chuck comes from the other end of a beef but it looks mighty fine.
Veggies in the pan need to go in raw and baste in the pan juices. Add a little water.
