Hello everyone. My name is Jeff and I'm from Redwood Falls (Southwest) Minnesota. I grill a few times a year but I'm completely new to smoking. I decided to start with an electric smoker. Masterbuilt 30" (MES?). I currently have a pork shoulder roast smoking overnight tonight and I'm stumbling a bit but having fun doing it. I want to thank everyone on this site sharing what they know with the rest of us. It really helps having a place to turn.
