Those look perfect! I was one of the beta testers when Todd was putting the final touches on Yardbird, and I still use it to this day. Ace Hardware is carrying it and most of the Blues Hog products.

I also love the Cajun butter injection. TNJAKE turned me on to that and we love it , now I also use my leftover pickle juice as per Jake also.

Thank you sir and I'm not either but the guy that shared the recipe is LOL. He's had several perfect scores using this recipe so I thought what the heck...... it might even work
for me I am interested in trying a local comp for the experience but always seem to be late hearing about them.

Thanks David and we love the fights and that injection! I had planned on using pickle juice but failed to tell the inside cook of my intentions with the pickle less jar .
But the kids eat them up pretty quick so there's still hope!

Thanks mc I hadn't either until I saw the video but that's the family preferred and requested method now. Usually do them 2-3 times a month. Gotta get another small sauce pan to dip them in.
