Down the road is a smoke house that I frequent from time to time.

This time I purchased some smoked turkey breast.

It was very good (not that moist but good)

It has the taste of honey on the out side. Is this some thing that is just drizzeled over the top or does it sit in honey water etc?

try shakes honey brine listed in the poultry section it works good on turkey i have used it on turkey and chicken everyone likes it

the shakes honey brine recipe is in the poultry section on like page 1 or 2 i cant remember just go back to the first couple of pages in the forum it is listed there as shakes honey brine the recipe is there
if you mop it use 4 to six oz. of honey and 1/2 stick of butter.. i like maple syrup better though. is reader supported and as an Amazon Associate, we may earn commissions from qualifying purchases.
