These come in pre-made frozen patties. You grill them frozen. I threw a couple on the gas grill last night for the first time. About 15-20 minutes and they were done. I really liked them. I wonder if these could be smoked? Would they have to be thawed first?

I saw them in the store once and they gave me an idea so I just took some brats and mixed it 50/50 with hamburger and grilled them, Fantastic!!!

I would think if you are smoking at a lower temp they should probably be thawed first, but then again, how thick are they? If not to thick they might be alright. I would probe them though to be sure they got done in the middle.

They are about 1/2" thick after grilling. They plump up when cooked. About 1/3" thick frozen from the box. They are pretty tasty. I think they would taste even better smoked.

Being that thin I think they would thaw fairly quickly in the smoker and should cook all the way through.

Ball park is making burgers you nuke now.... Theyre pertty good..........
