My setup is a 4 burner propane grill and a AMNTS for smoke.  I can handle the smoking part I think, my big issue is since I don't have an actual smoker, hanging jerky is not an  option.

What is the best way to do as much jerky as possible in a propane grill?  I did do a little searching and didn't find an answer to this specific question.

Thanks,

Aaron

Yeah I am not sure I can get the temp low enough, but I am willing to try it out.  I didn't think about a multi-tiered rack that might be the ticket.  Thanks Java.
