About 2 hours in I decided to get out my other dehydrator instead having 11 trays on one....I do rotate the trays halfway through....
I have taste tested it and it's delicious but crazy how 5 pounds of meat turns into 1.5 pounds of jerky....might be close to 2 pounds since I do have some still going .
