Jerk Tenderloin

Hi Smokers!! Happy 4th of July from your neighbor of the north here. I want to smoke a jerk tenderloin. Any hints from the rub/marinade to how long to smoke this beauty? I will be smoking some baby back ribs with it. Thanks for the advice and once again.... Happy 4th of July!!

Try this recipe on the tenderloin. http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/for...ad.php?t=77908 It's great. As far as smoking it, smoke it until it reaches an IT of 160. If it is truly a tenderloin, then it won't take long to reach that temp.
