Pork Tenderloin is my favorite thing for Jerk. Seasoned pork in the morning and got ready for grill. Love that Walkerswood!

Onto the barrel. I so glad I bought those SS grates for this. Made a great grill even better.

I final got around to opening this pepper. Man is it good! Used some buck board bacon in beans. Gave them a good smoke flavor. Also made some Spanish rice.

I like my pork tenderloin medium. The pork, rice and beans were spicy. Some creamy cucumbers would of been great with this to cool things off a little. I see a cuban sandwich in my future. The guys I give food to on the river don't like real spicy so I guess I got to eat all this. John, the guy who gets most my left overs, wife was there Sunday and gave her a bloody mary. She takes a sip and says you like spicy don't you?

Wow that sure looks great Brian!
I don't think I've ever had the Jerk flavors but gotta try them soon!

Looks pretty darn good from here Brian.

Point for sure

Made a cuban using the jerk pork. Pretty tasty. That pork is so good just sliced thin ad eat cold.

Thanks Keith. Walkerswood the best I have had. Probably find at Walmart. It is really good but it is spicy. I ordered the mild version to mix with the hot as my friends cant handle the hot one. Mx a little oil with the paste.

Thanks Jim. I going to get some more Evil Cowboy mix today. Man is that good and lucky our Distillery carries it.
