Got Jeff's email earlier in the week and decided to attempt this over the weekend.  WOW did this come out great!  Simple, straight-forward, and a quick smoke.....I'll definitely be making this again.

I substituted provolone for the swiss cheese, but I'll probably try swiss next time as it has a more bold flavor.

Here are a couple of quick pics...I just used the MES30 and one row on the AMNPS. Worked perfectly:
