I make these quite often and thought I would post to remind folks about these jobbies. Here are the ingredients:
Mix the sausage(stripped from casings),chopped jalapenos, hamburger and shredded cheese together:
Make some small cream cheese balls and roll some mix into a meatball with a dimple:
Roll in the rub of your choice:
Smoke at 225* for about 2.5 hours with you choice of wood, I used cherry:
