I made another batch of these tasty treats,here are the ingredients.
Chopped the jalapenos and took the sausage out of the casings (couldn't find any bulk) and mixed up everything but the cream cheese.
I made up some cream cheese balls for the middle.
Made up some meatball out of the mix and then flattened to add a cream cheese center
Added some rub and into the smoker for 2 and a half hours at 225* with some hickory chips
I got side tracked and left them in for 3 hours OOOPS! they started to erupt !
They look a bit off but they still tasted great !I didn't get my cream cheese quite centered this time ! Thanks for looking . CM
