Hi everyone. My name is Jay from Friendswood, TX just outside of Houston. I have been smoking only a few months after years of grilling. I have a Mastermark 30" vertical propane smoker. I am firing it up in the morning for my 2nd pork blade for pulled pork. I have done several ribs and a pork loin roast for New Years day. 

I am loving this and you guys are awesome for sharing what you know. I promise you, as I learn I too, will pass it along.
