Love the Zatarains products. Endless things can be added to make each meal a little different. Nice on the gravy addition !

A fine piece of work John, bet that was yummy! RAY
Looks Good. Since my wife won't eat pork products we use a lot of turkey and chicken a sausage products in our dishes. Usually Aidells or Open Nature brand. Both have a good Italian and smoked andouille.
We did an order the other day and forgot to put nu substitutions. Ordered 14oz cans of diced tomatoes. Ended up with 32oz cans! Needless to sy we'll be making lots of tomato dishes
The wife has more or less converted me to turkey sausage - for the store bought stuff. But the homemade pork sausage in various forms is still OK. Thankfully.
Looks really good Bear! I like adding tomatoes to mine too.
Like!
Looks delicous bear
Bearcarver not sure if I know what the comment " I'm not much of a cook" really means, cause we have enjoyed many meals out that "Bear's Step by Steps". That is how I found this forum. Years and years of lurking. All because I found your step by step Prime Rip recipes.
Oh and thank you very much.
Yup nothing wrong with feathers. Do feather burgers a lot of times.
