Just got done mixing up a batch of beer brats from a kit I bought at Cabelas.I added the jalepenos and 1 pound of high temp peperjack.Let me tell you, Them are the the most sorry excuse for cassings that they could think of putting in there. The biggest 1 I saw from the first 5 I looked at was 3' long. They all went in the trash.Thank goodness I have some left over pretubed casings in the fridge. Dont buy their kits if you plan on using their casings.

Not cooking any up yet. They'er all frozen to go to california with me for my uncle's funeral
