Don't know where to put this and this is probably not the right place but... here goes anyways! I live in SW Kansas - Oklahoma Panhandle - Texas Panhandle - that part of the world that no one claims except for tax collection purposes. Until fairly recently, we were getting a fantastic jalapeno sausage from an area smoker - he's gone out of business and the sausage went with him. What I'm asking is, does anyone know of a really good jalapeno sausage? This sausage was a link about 10-12 inches long and only about an inch in diameter and it was juicy and it was fantastic. If anyone can steer me toward a replacement it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
