Grilled two patties to medium. In the final 2-3 mins on the grill, I spread a little jalapeno cream cheese from Kraft on top followed by a slice of American cheese. You can substitute your fave cheese as well. Don’t overdo it on the cream cheese. Just a thin layer spread on top.
I normally have a cut up red onion that I put on top but didn’t have one last night. The red onion really activates and enhances the jalapeno flavor in the cream cheese to give the burger a little kick without being too overbearing.
The salad is just a romaine blend w/ California French dressing.
