This particular recipe was modified from Snarlingirons thread..... It turned out very good......
Cranberries, conc. Orange Juice, crushed pineapple and it's juice, diced pickled Jalapeno's,
Apple cider for some of the liquid..... The extra stuff was because daughter had left overs from making
other sides for turkey day.... waste not .......
The final flavor was complex and a touch of heat in the back of the throat from the Jalps....
Put half in a vac-bag and sealed and froze for Christmas....
This is a keeper in this house...
...Conc. OJ.......
........Diced Jalps......
.......Crushed pineapple and juice.......
.....Apple Cider .........
....... Bride said "use store bought ......
I think her pickled Jalps are for something special.........
It was simmered for quite awhile until stuff mushed up a bit......
Then the motor boat was applied to just puree "SOME" of the chunkier
pieces, yet still keep some of the texture..... for the "Al Dente" .....
This is worth a try .....
