I am glad to have finally registered on SMF. My Cookshack model 150 turned twenty years old this year and I am giving the old girl a makeover. This includes new paint, wiring , PID controller, meat probe, digital temp sensor, etc... I would like to start a thread and document my progress and get some feedback from the experts on this forum--just waiting on a few parts to get started. Looking forward to being part of the SMF community!

Welcome to SMF!
Sounds like a fun & worthy project.
Nothing like restoring/upgrading an old smoker.
I wish I had a shop & the tools to do something like that too.
It sure would make this lockdown a lot more fun!
Looking forward to seeing your thread build!
