It's perfect weather for a picnic!

Picnic shoulder that is. Going on 24 hours of thunder and lightning and monsoon like rains here!

The question at hand is should I cure and smoke this bad boy or just smoke it... Not sure I want to wait days for it to cure, decisions, decisions, decisions!!!
