up at 3:30am got the smoker going put a 10lb butt on about 4:45 will put 10 lbs of ribs on about 8-8:30 those are just going to be a sampler for the people at church will try and get some Q-view up later

my bad , yes i bathed them yesterday in "Jeffs Naked Rib Rub" useing Royal Oak Lump and wanted Hickory wood but wal-mart was out all they had was Mesquite so that is what i am using
