Alas my butchers shop still has no power so no luck there. I may try the local grocery and see if they've restocked by tomorrow, they just got power on today. Walmart may be my only hope for something to smoke. Maybe a butt or brisket if I find a nice one and the price is right. I'd like to do a chuck roll if I can locate one. wish me luck... ;)

When you get those smokers unpacked, we are going to be awaiting some serious q-vue!!!!!
In the mean time, you can cheer everyone else on...(which by the way you have been doing amazingly!)

So I have had some Tri's inthe freezer, so I yanked two of them and they are ow sitting in a "brine" of salt, water, coffee, cocoa, and I.P.A. (Indian pale ale)
Now I am on the hunt for another piece of meat to smoke with the tri's...
It has been a long week and this is truly how I like to relax...(smokin' that is)
