Game time is 5pm PST. WSM is ramping up for high temp smoke, water pan completely removed. It's about time to get this meal smoking! Oh yeah Cherry and Kiawe for the smoke!

My wife the Bama fan asked for ABT's the other day. So I figured might as well keep the peace in the house. It gets really ugly when both our games are televised at the same time! Even uglier when we play each other!

Took the injection and added some brown sugar, fresh raspberries from the garden and created a sweet glaze to take these Scarbelly wings to the next level!

Food was great! Game, well we're a young team. Our defense is green. They stepped it up in the second half and made it t a game. As far as our QB he did a decent job for some one that started 4 weeks ago.

On an unrelated note, dirtsailor, I've noticed in some pictures those wood blocks to hold thermo probes. It may be a dumb question, but what keeps them from burning? Do they just not get hot enough? I've been trying to figure a good way to do them in the Masterbuilt....
