G'Day Bruces! G'Day from Downside Up Land!

This is my first cook post on the SMF, so I hope it comes out OK. It's a Cut and Paste from another forum some of you know well. Thought I'd share here. This is a lot of fun!

I started with some sausage mince, some green onion and thought I'd add a bit of Meatymite to the mix.

Mixed it all up.

Sliced up some of my freshly smoked bacon which will be in another thread.

Got me some cheese and tortilla wraps.

Cut to size.

Sausage mince, bacon and cheese... What's not to like here?

Rolled it up. Sealed with egg wash.

Ended up with 7 in total. 3 went in the fridge.

Some little slices cut into them, plus egg wash and sesame seeds. Close up.

Also mixed up a dip. Mayo, Hot Mustard and Worcestershire.

Set the smoker to 300F and they went on the top deck.

And they did not take long!

Looking delicious!

These would be an awesome kids snack by the pool on a sunny day.

Unfortunately, there were no kids about. Just a grumpy old man, so there was need for beer!

And I gotta say, these go well with beer.

If you got kids, give them a treat. These "sausage Rolls" are awesome. I can't wait to make them again!
