Finally feel like I have something to show the kings of smoking at Smoking Meat Forums!

The finished product ready to eat, being served with a toss-green salad with a basil-mint raspberry vinaigrette; main course of ribs and homemade, my wife makes the best, potato salad and ending with a ginger and rhubarb fool as well as margaritas on the side!

A marg sounds like a nice pairing with some tators and ribs to me :)
