I promise that I have been careful..... almost to the point of hoarding but it has finally run out.

Blt's for lunch today will signal the end of my BBB stash.

It was a good pig and served us well!

On the up side this means..... I GET TO MAKE MORE BACON!!!!!! :-)

I just got 20Lbs of bellies on Friday. To day 1 goes into cure and one into the freezer for another day...JJ
