Wife's request tonight! In my hometown these were made with burger. So here we go...
French bread as store was out of Italian.

Buttered up and ready for the griddle. Sauce bubbling and onions and shrooms.

On the blackstone with sauteed veggies, some melting provolone

Finished up. Wife wanted sauce to dip. Turned out excelent minus my summer cold killing my sense of taste.

Thanks for checking it out!

Looks good!

Hope your loss of taste and summer cold aren't COVID!

They look great. I prefer French over Italian breads based on the crud available here.
Wife said good? That's the judge in my house, too.

Looks darn good! Nice work and great idea. Love provolone on sandwiches.

That's a fine looking sammiey Jarod. Nice Job

Point for sure
Chris

Looks great! I'll have to try that on my Blackstone for something different, as I'm starting to look like a cheesesteak!

Looks great, so the meat was just ground beef with Italian spices?
Thanks. Yes just ground with some italian seasoning, salt and pepper. And garlic of course. I would go a little thinner next time with patties.

She said it was great! Always asking for feedback, she said Italian bread and homemade sauce next time. Her mom is 100% Italian so, ya know.
My sauce was jar with some added garlic and grated pecorino romano.

Looks awesome! Great job I want a blackstone
I have very much enjoyed my Blackstone. We just took it for an 8 day camping trip. So versatile for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Even used to heat premade breakfast burritos and pressed em. Came out with nice golden brown tortillas. Dang that thing is great.

I couldn't think of a single reason not to strongly recommend getting one.
